3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
If you post, tag, or upload content (such as photos of our products) and mention our official handles or use our hashtags, you grant Los Nahuales and Los Nahuales CHJ, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes across all media platforms.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
For international orders, the customer is considered the "Importer of Record."
· Taxes and Duties: You are responsible for all local import duties, VAT, or liquor taxes imposed by your country’s customs authorities.
· Delivery: We are not responsible for delays or seizures caused by local customs regulations or the failure of the carrier to verify the recipient's age upon delivery.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION
A. Amicable Settlement and Mediation: In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the use of this website or the purchase of our products, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations.
If the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to International Mediation. The mediation shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration and mediation center (such as the International Chamber of Commerce - ICC or a similar institution in Mexico City). The language of the mediation shall be English or Spanish, as agreed by the parties.
B. Governing Law: These terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico.
C. Final Jurisdiction: If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days of its commencement, the parties agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico. The user
hereby waives any objection to such jurisdiction based on inconvenient forum or their current physical location.
