· Legal Obligation: Age verification and HMRC (Tax/Customs) record-keeping requirements.

III. International Data Transfers (UK Addendum & IDTA) For data transfers from the UK to Mexico, we implement the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU SCCs.
